Why we do it?

In my earlier roles with multinational companies - as an executive manager with global responsibilities - I was often overwhelmed with numerous CVs from recruiting firms that seemed to be more focused on their commission than understanding our company's culture and needs.

 

I quickly recognized a gap in the recruitment process and market - often the emphasis was on skills rather than the mindset or cultural fit of the candidates. This realization led me to create pin-c.
